sigh ok i know this is pretty much my own fault and i should have stayed away from the KH fandom until september, but i figured i did pretty ok holding out on days spoilers (i'm from ireland so EU release is like the last :( ) so i thought i could avoid BBS spoilers too.
WRONG.
let's get this straight: i am a 100% spoilerphobe. games, tv shows, movies, books, you name it. I WANT TO FIND OUT MYSELF. i still have my original copy of FFVII when it first came out and there's a picture of aerith dead on the back. OH THANKS. at the tender age of 12, i learnt that spoilers are EVERYWHERE.
i really appreciate when people warn about spoilers. it's courteous. and for the most part, people do. they even warn about icons which is great. i'm cautious too. whenever one of the people i subscribe to posts a new KH related video, i check the info before i play it just to make sure there's nothing about BBS there. so far, it's worked out just swell for me.
until last night.
so one of my favourite video makers uploads a video. they usually warn in the title or in the info if it has something to do with BBS. i see nothing, just the usual copyright stuff. so, the fool i am (WHY DO I EVEN BOTHER WITH AMVS), i innocently click play.
we're 0:02 into the video and OH HEY THERE'S VANITAS WITH NO MASK.

SERIOUSLY. HOW HARD IS IT TO WRITE "CONTAINS BBS SPOILERS" IN YOUR INFO? argh i'm actually so angry at myself for even clicking the damn video because i should know by now just to avoid KH fandom in general because people just assume we all want it spoiled for ourselves. WELL WE DON'T.
any one else been accidentally spoiled, days, BBS or otherwise? :( and when it was NOT YOUR FAULT?
i actually remember even in KH2 when i was doing my first playthrough (and this is just idiocy on my own part) i clicked on one of the 'roxas is....' memes and found out he was sora's nobody before i'd even figured it out in the game (though i REALLY should have by then). i was so angry at myself :( spoilers freaking suck.
