(no subject)
This here breaks my mind into a thousand tiny pieces.
It's an Akuroku High-school Au, and Axel and Roxas are a couple. So, here Axel rapes Roxas because he believes the rumours of Xion and Roxas being an item.
'M all right with dub-con, it's nice if it's done WELL but Roxas just TAKES it. Whatever has given you the impression Roxas would be a whiny girl and TAKE IT. He'd have kicked Axel's balls to mash within the first two minutes of this fanfiction. And Axel would never, ever have done this for such a ridiculous reason - if at all!
Apart from the painful, oh-so painful OOC-ness, what do people make out of Akuroku? It's no wonder Akuroku/Sora-Riku is so infamous because of the Xion-Kairi!bashers. I admit it: I've never liked Kairi myself for the mere reason that she got in the way of Sora/Riku. But I'm not like that anymore, I have a half-finished Sora/Kairi fiction on my computer and I do adore the Sora/Kairi/Riku OT3 now, a lot :)
But WHAT REASON DO YOU HAVE TO BASH XION. Just because she gets in the way of Axel/Roxas? I'm an Akuroku fangirl myself, but I'm a SANE fangirl. I'm curious about Xion, where she came from and what happened to her. Though it makes me sad to think that there could be something in the way of Akuroku, I do NOT HATE HER. I have no reason to. I want to get to know about her and I can't do that until I've not played 385/2 days.
Such fanfictions utterly hurt my Akuroku-love. I've fallen in love with Akuroku because of their wonderful relationship. Hell I don't even care if they're lovers or friends because I think friendship is just as valuable and powerful as love in the romantic sense - if not more so, even.
This is probably nothing new to you but I'm new to the fandom and Akuroku, and seeing this just really hurts me. Urgh.
AND ALL THE REVIEWS ON THE STORY ARE POSITIVE. WTF. (Ha ha, except my own that has to appear yet. I'll probably get flamed like hell for it but WHO CARES).
So yeah I'm off to shoot myself now. Cheerio, everyone.
