(Disclaimer: This rant is in now way directed towards anyone in particular~, but it was set off by a YouTube video with Axel promising to protect and care for Naminé while keeping her in his heart.)
Please please PLEASE stop making fluff for pairings that fluff doesn't work for.
Axel and Naminé? Axel isn't going to be cute and cuddly, and if he is, he's just manipulating her.
Marluxia and Naminé? C'mon people, do I really need to explain why it won't be all fluffy sweet anime-esque kisses?
Axel and Larxene? They don't do fluff. What part of Hate!Sex don't you get?
Some pairings aren't meant to be happy and innocent. I'm so sick of looking for fan art of pairings (Marluxia/Naminé, for example) and finding anime style pictures of them aboutttt to kiss and both blushing (they even made Marluxia look her age/height. wtf).
If it were an AU, and the Nobodies had hearts, and it was under different circumstances, I guess there could be fluff.
But in Game Canon, it doesn't make sense.
Unless you are a high skilled writer who can make it believable. Then you're excused.
But to the rest of you who can't carry it off? >: ( You anger me.
