Okay. Fess up. Who the hell spread the word that Axel is anorexic? I want the culprit right now, God damn it.

He's just skinny as hell and has a lanky body! I think that just has something to do with Nomura's style :/

Although, Axel's body kinda reminds me of a Dusk, which sorta makes sense...

SORTA, BUT I AM MAINTAINING THAT AXEL IS NOT ANYWHERE NEAR ANOREXIC.

Axel and anorexic don't belong in the same sentence together.

I know, I know XD

I'm just gonna cough it up to Nomura's style interpretation of skinny. He's not anorexic at all. That's like saying because Sora has big feet and hands, he has some type of disorder that caused him to have out of proportion body parts xD

All the guys of KH have big feet and hands.

It's hilarious and more Disney-ish than Nomura's style. :D

Huh...Axel=Dusk DOES make a lot of sense...

I don't consider him anorexic simply because I have a cousin who's built the same way: lanky XD

His arms are all withered and don't have any muscle-- the sleeve is about as wide as his bones should be (judging by the proportions of his hands and shoulders). He doesn't have enough room for skin in there, let alone flesh and muscle and tendons and cartilidge and fat and the other stuff that goes into the human body. His waist looks big enough for me to put my hands around and be able to touch fingers and thumbs, his hips are way too low, and his ribcage (if it exists) is abnormally short. Plus there's the distorted pectoral muscles that look like man-boobs. And what exactly is that unsightly lump on his left arm in that pic, just below his shoulder? Cancer ( ... )

... I'm going to call bullshit on this. Looking at his arms, he looks wiry. And what type of bone is that thick on the arm? A mammoth bone?

His arms are as wide as mine, and considering I have fairly big arms I think, I think you're wrong.

Part of that is the jacket. And his rib cage does not appear shorter than normal. Seriously, where the hell are you seeing that the rib cage ends that's abnormal?

Can't agree with you. >.> Mostly on the basis of this:

Axel is a fighter. It takes muscle to throw those chakrams of his, and it takes muscle to catch it. Sure, you could have muscle and be anorexic, but I really don't think it would work out at all. :\ Eating gives you strength, and I'm sure we've seen that Axel has that.

Not to mention I know at least two guys that are built that same way, and considering one of them is a damn good cheerleader and can hold girls up in the air on his own? I can guarantee you he's not anorexic (not to mention I've seen him eat before. >.>).

If you could fit your hands around his waist, your hands must be bigger than Axel's, and if his hips are too low, how can his ribcage end too high? The man can just have a long torso. :\

Let me just step in here and say that the entire purpose of chakram, way back when the Persians used them for the purpose of war, was to be light and easily thrown. They're extremely aerodynamic - they can coast through strong wind and still hit their target.
