There's a key point you're missing here
A short first time rant I had to get out. General you, of course.
If the basis of your Sora is raped/kidnapped/tortured, etc. plot is that he's locked in the room, and this is in the game universe... You might want to go replay Kingdom Hearts 1 again. Especially the part where Leon tells Sora that the Keyblade unlocks and locks anything - if it has a keyhole or an unlocking device of some sort, he can get out of it. And I think he might remember what it does considering how many worlds he locked with it. The treasure chests you get all the goodies from get some usage too. So ignoring the fact Sora can beat pretty much any attacker to a bloody pulp... He's not going to be stuck in a room, or in chains anyway, because there's a reason it's called the Keyblade.
