yeah cos its totally 'kawaii' to hate disney
Why is it that most anime and video game fans always hate on western culture , especially Disney? What has this got to do with Kingdom Hearts you say? Well, everything, cos some fanpeople dont know that Disney co-created KH along with 'cool' Square Enix.
Once, when I was in the Yu-Gi-Oh fandom (dont ask) I read this fic by this author. I liked it then and thought it was funny. Then I read another fic that the same author wrote. It was a Disney bashing fic, with Sephiroth killing Mickey Mouse. She went on to say in her A/N: 'I hate disney because its so immature and childish unlike japanese cartoons.'
Well, this person has never seen bobobo-bobo-bobo or other 'mature' Japanese marvels such as Crayon Shin-chan (that kid that shows his ass alot and pisses on the floor. mature.) or indeed Bu-Bu-Cha-Cha. Not to say Japan has alot of immature stuff, but easten and western pop culture balances itself out.
And then there are the people that bash Disney because it is the sole reason that pop culture as we know it is fucked up today. Yeah, its Disney's fault that there is war and suffering, yeah its Disney's fault you failed highschool and yes, its Disney's fault that the $50 Inuyasha shirt you wanted in Hot Topic is sold out. Woe is you.
Edit: Forgot this. Fanpeople, without Disney, we wouldnt have most anime because it would look so ugly. Plus Osamu Tetzuka (I do not know the correct spelling of his surname), was a very big fan of Disney, even so he based his iconic manga style off them.
