First rant and I'll start by giving headway to a pet peeve of mine.
Fandom, let’s talk about rape, shall we? The famed non-con. Can be done well, can be done horribly.
I’m going to put this out here right now - ‘dub-con’ is one of my guilty pleasures for certain pairings - this isn’t a rant about rape so much as how it’s delt with. Specifically, within the Org.
A) THINK ABOUT WHO IT IS YOU’RE RAPING HERE. We’re talking Org XII here. As in, the guys with the super-Nobody powers of OMG DARKNESS and such. Not only do they control elements among other things like illusion and nothing, but whatever, they can call weapons from hammerspace Nothing. Therefore, if you attempt to bang them into the wall, they’re going to sitar/shoot/claymore/laser/book/tomahawk/kunai/scythe/spear/shield/dice/chakram/Keyblade you IN THE FACE. They aren’t going to cry/angst/beg/etc because they don’t need to take it. Besides, I’d like to draw your attention to one specific thing. Two words, people.
Dark. Portals.

This right here is how you cannot rape an Org member.. Or Namine. Or Riku, for that matter. So when I see badfic with lines that go “Roxas whimpered and wished he could melt into the wall and escape”, it makes me want to scream or call troll.
Now, if you want to try and use the tired excuse of ‘freezing in fear’ and say that the character couldn’t dark portal through sheer mind-numbing terror, I have two arguments for you. One, I will discuss later, the second - fight or flight reflex. Self-preservation, people. It’s going to be stronger in Nobodies, because the body is all they have. People generally freeze in fear for a few seconds and then the good ol’ reflexes kick in, and they run or whack the aggressor over the head with the nearest blunt object. Running = dark portalling the hell outta there. Remember good old canon again?

Faced with Cerberus, Demyx is running away - into a dark portal. So it’s logical to assume that, when faced with danger, the other, more collected Nobodies will just go straight to dark portalling. And, as we saw with Saïx up above, Nobodies are good at what they do, good at using their powers, so dark portals would be as natural as running the hell away would be to us, as well as being the logical escape route. And Nobodies are all about logic, what with the no-emotions-to-distract-them thing - which leads me happily into my next point.
B) THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU’RE RAPING HERE. i.e.: BEINGS WITH NO HEARTS (although I personally don’t entirely believe that - but that’s speculation for another time.) The point is, almost all of the Nobodies believe that they lack hearts, and the emotion that comes with them. Ergo - even if they were to get raped, then they wouldn’t cry/angst/etc., even if it was in-character for hem to do so. Which it is very much not.
This whole lack-of-hearts thing is also what I was talking about earlier - freezing in fear? Last time I checked, fear was an emotion. Most of the Nobodies wouldn’t freeze in fear through sheer lack of being able to FEEL fear.
Whoo, I feel better for getting that off my chest. This rant’s been eating at me for a while.
