Oh, puh-lease. I've seen about a million jokes about Hispanic!Lexaeus, and all of them are so funny I'm sure some real Hispanics would be offended if they cared.

That said, I'm definitely going to be there.

I'm not sure it's a "norm", as there's little enough of the big guy on teh intarweb already, but... let me think... there's Hispanic!Lexaeus in Ansem Retort as a running gag, but that moved to a new site recently and I don't know if it's up yet... and I've seen at least one or two DeviantArtists make Spanish-speaking Lexaeus jokes as well (NO ME GUSTA).

I guess I'm exaggerating a little when I say "a million jokes". But yeah, there are jokes.

Wow. I had no idea. (And I've only read bits and pieces of Ansem Retort.) Teach me to venture outside my lil' KH bubble.

He might be multi-lingual, though! I've seen it happen. Though, while since they aren't exactly on Earth (well, er ... canon contradictions and Disney world location conundrums aside), he might not speak any other languages found here (not discounting the possibility though), but I can see different dialects in the Garden early on, and/or picking up languages while offworld.

It's interesting to think about, anyway. :)
