But since when was every single fucking member of the Organization a whiny, sobbing bitch? I can understand getting vaguely upset every now and then, but crying at the drop of a hat? Not only are 12/13 of the members men (and even then... Larxene's a fucking BADASS and would never cry EVER), but they sort of seem to lack strong, proper emotions.
I mean, sure. I think it's possible for Nobodies to cry. I guess. From what we've seen in the games/manga/novel/goodfic, it is wholly plausible that they feel something. But that doesn't mean that Marluxia is going to start talking l-l-like th-th-this uh uh D8 every time someone makes a rude comment to him. In fact, he'd probably slice you in two before running off and crying in a corner. Or he'd order someone else to do it for him because he is KING OF THE CASTLE.
I doubt anyone is going to call each other 'baby' or 'honey' or 'dear' or anything like that unless it's in a scathing manner. Even then its sort of a stretch. They're probably not going to tell each other I LUV U. They do not prance, tip toe unless streaking, or twirl about in a joyous manner. No one giggles unless it's an evil I-just-killed-yew sort of thing, and that's pushing it. No one just 'needs a hug'. Come ON people! We're talking about thirteen of the most badass, relentless, self-serving, merciless, cruel, and heartless people around.
Another thing kinda relative... body types. While I'm on the topic of Marls, he's built. Look at his arms and chest! That's pure grade A manmeat, boys and girls. Who played CoM? I still haven't had the chanace to kick his ass. The same goes for Xemnas, (to a point) Xigbar, Saix, and Luxord. Just look at them for a second. Men. Manly men. Muscles. Lexaeus and Xaldin are not disgustingly giant, and Vexen is not pathetically frail. Zexion isn't even that wussy (did you see how thick his neck is in the recent CoM screenshots?) and for the last. effin. time... Demyx is not a girly man. He's a dude. He swings that sitar around like it's light as a feather, effortlessly and gracefully. He's not a klutz. Axel's a dude too, believe it or not. The amount of strength it takes to toss those chakrams around is not laughable, and just because he's got a tiny waist, does not make him weak.
(random: anyone else notice that Axel, Demyx, and Xigbar are the only ones with fitted sleeves of their Org coats? Whassup with that?)
Getting back to the original wank, just. Please. Don't write the boys as snivelling little girls. This includes Sora and Riku okay? Don't play them as such. Draw more manliness. Give them bodies aside from 'lithe' and 'small' and 'pretty.' Make their hair tangled and gross instead of silky smooth and flowing. Don't have them burst into tears because waaaaangst someone hurt their feelings. These guys are killing machines, not prepubescent girls.
