I would just like to bring to the attention of the KH fandom that certain colors are approached differently in different cultures, such as our lovely friend pink. Yes, pink in many cultures gets labeled onto baby girls and sugary things like bubblegum. Cute, feminine things, you know.
Your fun fact for the day is that in Japan, pink is usually considered a masculine color. While pink-sporting men in America might get strange looks, it is hardly unusual for fine-looking Japanese teenage boys to be walking down the street in their pink converse and matching pink belts all while smacking away at their sugary pink bubblegum.
I'm not sure if Nomura knows of the meaning of pink in the States, but considering if he's following traditional Japanese culture and has bestowed Marluxia with a great flock of long pink hair, he is thereby stating that Marluxia is the manliest piece of man you can eat in all mandom in Kingdom Hearts. Marluxia has so much manly pink on his evil-thinking head that he's manlier than Sora, Leon, Cloud, Sephiroth, Luxord, your mom, and everyone else combined.
In a nutshell, stop playing hate on pink. Be a man about it like Marluxia.
