Maybe it's just me, but I felt patronized and insulted while reading this. It's like they were going "HAH!! I know technical musical terms. So there!" They could have written it in English. Forget fangirl Japanese, fangirl Italian's the way to go, baby! Yeesh.
And it's not so much that the author used musical terms so much as the fact that they underlined it. I swear I wouldn't have been surprized to see a multiple choice question from the Reading Test under the fic. . .
