This has been bothering me for some time.
The concept of Nobodies.
Okay, I know everyone is like, "Nobodies don't have the feelings because they don't have the hearts," and all that. Saix even said that Nobodies remember their past lives (or at least he and the rest of ORg13 does, except for Roxas and Namine) and can recall how emotions are like.
But if they didn't have any emotions like people say, they'd just be just robots, wouldn't they? Namine even says in the 3rd Novel of KH2, "I can only say it now. Do you think Nobodies really don’t have hearts? Who told Axel that he doesn’t have a heart? Hearts...the secret of hearts..." (translated by
vulchu)
And Demyx said, "Oh, we do too have hearts!" And Sora's kind of a lot bias. Not to say Demyx is a completely credible source either, but I wished he said more about that before we had to kung fu fight.
And here youse guys' favorite: "He made me feel like I had a heart." Actually, I wanted to just type that in because it makes me wibble.
And then there are people like Xemnas and DiZ who obviously don't have a clue about it, despite all their research, because they seem to think in black and white terms. Maybe DiZ more so...
I don't know. I had this whole thing planned in my head on what to say, but now I'm just a little upset (and sleepy) when people are like, "Noooo emotions~ nooo hearts~" because that just makes the Nobodies seem like blank slates. Maybe Org13 really only gets emotions from memories but it just seems more complex than, "I should probably be sad, so I'll just look sad! [/Raito Yagami]"
I don't know, again. It's still a really big mystery that I hope gets cleared up soon. But I also don't think Nobodies are simply robots like people seem to imply. If only I had a heart~~ *woe*
