One thing I've never understood was why someone would want to bother with wizarding photographs, as per J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. While it sure is a novelty to have the people in said photographs move around, it really doesn't capture the moment of the shooting that a "muggle" photograph can capture. It's not ... an art anymore

Hahaha, trust me, I was kinda like that, too. And I still am, actually. I was just bored... and didn't feel like going back to Gaia, but wanted to do headshots. XD

True, me too, but.... I really haven't improved much in the past year because I stuck so strictly to my own style. Harder to grow, artistically, if you don't play around with style and programs and etc. :D I don't doubt that when school rolls around, again, I won't be arting as much, if at all. >_> So .. gotta squeeze in as much improvement in this summer as I can, yo! 8D

LOL and then I feel guilty about the RL commissions I have hanging over my shoulder, oh god, I should REALLY go finish those DX *GUILTGUILTGUILT*

Hahaha, no way I can get to Fanime, though; it's all the way in Cali, and I'm going to be taking summer classes.... :'( Otakon maybeyes, ANext maybeyes... but Anime Expo and Fanime? Not happenin'. >_>

I style-hopped when I did those commissions, though; there were at least ... 3 or 4 different styles and techniques that I'd used. ^^;

Honestly, though, I'm not going to be open to commissions any time soon. Or soon-ish. I've just got a job in a lab (!!!), and then I've got one grueling schedule for next semester. And I've gotta finish my current commissions and get out my own original work... since god knows it's been a long time since I've done original work. XD!

Are you going this year, though? I'm sorry I couldn't make it... D: I know we kept talking about going, but then my parents were just like "pfff no but we wanna see you" and then all my plans just dropped. x____x *still kind of annoyed at that hahaha*
