Interesting local situation.
There is a 90-something in the street I live in. At least twice (and by extrapolation many more times) this person has sexually harassed other local residents, starting by knocking on their window and, as the other person assumed, being in distress. When other person has, accordingly, responded, they have been grabbed (to the extent any 90-something can grab) and invited to have sex.
Their GP has been informed, but nothing has been done.
