We artrived in Wellington at 8 AM on Friday. We spent Friday night hanging out at a local coffee house meeting up with old friends and meeting new friends. There is dancing tonight. We're really having a great time.

i never asked, but was wondering how you met randall?

and what made you choose new zealand?

I met Randy when he was dating Lela. Later on, he married a couple people I also knew.

New Zealand was chosen because I like its personality. It reminds me a lot of the bay area in the early '70's.

did you know cindy? he's talked of her a great deal and thinks i've met her, but i'm not sure i have...

did you ever visit japan?

Yes. Cindy was a friend when I needed one, but sometimes she had boundry issues. We had a lot of fun together a long time ago. I think it was 1993 the last time I saw her.

I don't have much interest in Japan. I've been there once, for an event. I'm not very interested in returning, but I may, for an event. That entire "charm of Asia" thing is pretty much completely lost on me, so it figures that I would end up living in Thailand for two years and visiting Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Malasia and Burma.

i lived there for about 8 months and i liked it, but i'm not a big fan on asian culture...it just doesn't touch me in any way, shape or form...
