Ok, so that charge that disappeared a couple days ago? It's back, and a bit over 4 dollars more expensive now.
I spent all day calling the number I was given before to clear things up, Got a machine every time.
This is... suspect. How could the charge disappear, only to come back bigger? Not helping matters is that I did a little googling on these guys: Wen Haircair? There's a few complains running around, stuff about them constantly charging people and not getting the message when someone tells them to stop. That tells me this company is either shady or incompetent.
Now, Maybe the person I'm trying to call was simply out today. But still, It's the holidays and the last thing I want to do is spend them fighting with this BS. So with that said? She gets one more day. If I'm not able to talk to her tomorrow. It's off to the banks to try and get them to sort it out.
EDIT: Actually? This person I'm trying to call only has afternoon hours, but the bank opens at like 9-9:30. Screw it, I'll just go to the bank tomorrow morning. no point playing nice when they're being this stupid.
