Ok, good news and bad news.
the good news is I called the company, they have the charge now, it's not under my name however, which is weird. but still, they have the information, and therefor we can now work towards fixing it.
The bad news is when I was forwarded to the correct department to handle this. I got an answering machine. an answering machine that told me it might take a day or two to hear back from them.
I left a message, let the phone tag begin!
