I'm off for a few days FMLA while the kids are out of school for Christmas break. I hope they don't try to make an issue of it. After all, I showed up every day I was supposed to during the Christmas rush, including yesterday and Christmas Eve. Kentucky trip

Hey now-- I went to Fort Campbell with my sister and our 3 dogs to see my nephew who's in the Army out there. If you cant be with your family for Christmas, somethings wrong. so I had no qualms about the trip. It was my sisters idea, and originally she wanted to go around Thanksgiving, but I was already going to Florida for a week right after, so she suggested Christmastime. He's supposed to transfer to Sturtevant, Wisconsin next year to be a fireman in the Army Reserve. He showed me around the complex; its really big, and he also volunteers at the high school there as a wrestling coach, and is an Uber driver on weekends. Ive never been away from home for Christmas so this was a really nice and unique trip. Glad you survived the cold weather, but Ive been out in it many times too.

That cat looks cute-- is it a stray or is it a wildcat that wont stay in 1 place? Sounds like she doesnt like your home? Maybe if you keep her in the house all the time she'll get used to it more? Doesnt she get along with your other 2 cats? Sorry if it isnt working out..
