just an update
chris and i went blueberry picking today. i was hoping to get some blacks and some raspberries, too, but they were soooo not ready for us... (i know, i tasted. lots.) but still, im pleased with what we got, and am working on doing delicious things to all of those blue gems. yum.
we've decided to go for jam cruise this january- now before anyone makes fun of me for being a huge hippie... well i guess you can just go ahead and do it, it's unavoidable. i think it's going to be a blast, and i cant wait!! what this means, of course, is that we're more than likely going to have to postpone jazzfest, again. i know we'll make it there evenutally, though, so im not too worried.
it does make me think, if only for a fraction of a second, that if i had continued to work in the world of self-serving, dickfaced, greedy-pig-bastards, i would have enough money to travel whenever.... but alas, i have a soul. who knew??
our trip to san francisco is in just a few weeks. yay! i need to plot our running courses out there. hmm.
