my HDS Beltane fic, Ice Snakes, Glow-worms and Wolverine Stew
I've always loved hds_beltane, but never had the nerve to sign up for a gift exchange fest. Then I got a chance to write a little pinch-hit for this, the final year of the fest. I was fortunate to be writing for germankitty, who was generously open to a variety of H/D stories. Her prompts seemed to share a theme of romance delayed by comic misadventures, so this little fic travels in those directions - though here it's the delays that give romance a chance to grow.
