One of my fics is translated into German!

I am utterly thrilled, delighted, honored and grateful that the talented and generous phonixfeder has translated my H/D fic Abraxan Wings into German, and begun posting it here! And it even has reviews already! The first one is from someone who works in a hospital with people with injuries similar to the one Draco sustained, which makes me hope I represented

Yes, we talked about disability fic. I can remember. One of our first contact, i think :)

Later i found this story on my own. I have searched for stories after the sectumsempra. It was a coincidence that i found a story with sectumsempra and disability.

I'm glad you had fun translating! From what I could tell from the reviews, people really appreciate that you do that.

Career Fair is an anonymous fest, so we can't say when our work was posted until after the reveals - in mid-November, maybe? I think the fest keeps posting until Halloween (Oct. 31st).

Yay!!! That is such exciting news. If I ever get the urge to polish up my German again (which, you never know!) I would absolutely start with fic. (I had to pass doctoral exams at the level of reading academic articles, but that was a thousand years ago so I can't be of any actual help with translating your [glowing!] reviews). *\o/*
