Judge rules man is not-guilty of public indecency for protesting TSA with his junk but TSA might still decide he has to pay an $11,000 fine and be put on the no-fly list. Not punitively, you understand, or to cower people into not resisting their asininity, but because...uhm...oh wait, no, it's pretty much just immoral and juvenile pissing and dick-waving.
Remember kids, it's not okay to be gay or islamic or kinky or whatever, but it is okay to ignore the findings of a court of law if your 'peelings get hurted. Insecure Type-A much?
