See, my problem with the 'security theater' and the body scans has always pretty much been that, once you let the cat out of the bag, it won't ever go back in. How much longer before every border crossing has a full body scanner? How much longer after that, before a cop can scan your car at a stop light? At what point does it end? This is not what I signed up for, when I chose to be born American. Just saying. Plus? All this crap...and some dude gets too baked to check his pockets before he gets to the airport and sneaks through all that "security" with a bag full of anthrax/ebola/bird flu weed.
How many empty hoops does it take until there's enough there, that everybody can successfully see that there's nothing there? I think this is an important question to answer in figuring out why Democracy is so fucked and thus displaying why, absent the option for a capitalist aristocracy, I lean Libertarian.
