Project - Olin's poofy pants - Part 1 - the background.

So, I'm waiting for forearm and bicep measurements from Ulfgar, so I can't really do any work on his shirt for a bit. While I'm waiting, I thought I would talk about another project I want to do, which is to make a pair of poofy pants for Olin for 12th Night.

hey hon - do you have the pattern that used to be on the Historika Museet site? It's what I made Vik's pants from.

It also matches the pattern the Vikings U Like wear.

The only other design other than the Historika Museet design that I've seen is Christian's gathered wait pair - with the serging of shame inside ; ) Which are without the butt gusset but with a deeper crotch cut which would essentially compensate for the lack of gusset.

I guess I've not examined their bottoms as much as you have Leif ; P

I do not have that pattern. I'd love to see that pattern, can you provide me with a link? I looked at the website, but can't tell where I need to go.

Okay, that crotch "L" is exactly how I did the pants in the article ab ove that I think is so wrong. How hilarious is that?
