Room for rent
Yo livejournal! I'm going to move house at the end of June, which means a unique opportunity has opened up to come and move into the house where I currently live. You'd be sharing with braisedbywolves, vacanthippy and Ros, and they're all lovely - I am not moving because of seething flatmate rancour, in fact, I'm quite sad to leave them.
I'm moving out to Leytonstone with friends who can identify themselves in comments if they wish: we're hoping to establish something like a home, dig a garden, be able to work from home and many other small dreams. The house in Mile End has treated me well - hence the lj-tag 'flatmate love' - but it's time to move on. So why not come live here yourself, or direct your friends here?
The house is large and fairly comfortable, the rooms are all doubles, the kitchen is vast and we also have a bijou patio where our neighbours grow plants and we grow bicycles. It is super handy for Mile End tube, from where you can get almost anywhere with ease (three underground lines, oodles of 24-hour buses). If you work in the City or Canary Wharf, it's a hop and a skip to work. There are parks all round, the Regent's Canal nearby and loads of local shops and cafes. It's a good place to live, for a mere £470ish pcm. Please spread the word.
