George Bush Sr. still had superior economic policy, environmental nuetrality (versus adversity) and sensible foreign policy. Plus, the intelligence never to follow up in any way officially with his personal opinion of atheists or try and apply it to country policy. That, right there, puts him much higher than his son, who put backing into a Constitutional amendment to define marriage and stuck his middle finger up to the Geneva Convention. Not that I'm going to argue that Bush Sr. was right in saying what he did, but putting him on the same level as Bush Jr.? No, no, his father had a mediocre presidency and silently conceded to a life of quiet retirement after losing to Clinton. His son, on the other hand, proceeds to drive our country deeper and deeper into a shithole, on a daily basis

Melinda and Alisa did it. Yesterday, they scrawled a note that read "We quit," with their signatures, on the counter and walkedo ut the store in the middle of the day. The store went unattended and unlocked with Mary Sue sitting the back. They're gone, out, quit, vamoosed (I just realised that "vamoose" is nothing but a derangment of the Spanish phrase "vamanos" or "vamos" which means "Let us go.") Also, surprising news to me was that Carlos has also stated that if Melinda quit, he would too, so he'll probably leave, soon, too. He hates Mary Sue, according to Jamel, which I did not know. Maur Sue has already hired two new employees, just today. Daniel has become a keyholder as well. Jeremy says once Jamel is gone, he'll be all alone with nobody to talk. Hungate's is going to fall apart, soon enough.

My two weeks are up on July 5th, basically. Unless I'm given any hours on that Sunday and Monday, I have ten hours left, total, for next Friday and Saturday. Some girl that Jamel and Jeremy saw when she turned in her application, named Melissa, and they both described as "hot." Hot enough that Jamel wrote "Interview*" on her application when he took it. And Tony's son.

How long until your two weeks are up?
And who did she hire?
