I kind of always write these two a little creepily (or I try to, anyway) and so I'm glad when readers make comments like this. Thank you very much!

This made me feel uneasy (which is not a bad thing in this case), but that was probably what you were going for. I really, really like what you did here, but if I had to explain why I wouldn't know how. :P

Heh, thank you! As long as you enjoyed it, that's what counts--you don't have to explain why. XD (I guess I like the creepiness of it~.)

*wibbles* N-namine ;_;

This! this was. is. dsfklsdjf and and the words and and the hurt and and the... the little light of hope that she carries and the way she tries to pretend that he is capable of more and just this

*petpet* I like to think that she tries to see more in him. Marluxia is such a mysterious character and we don't really get to see who he was before he was a Nobody, so I think Namine speculates in the way that any of us would about him. Except she's so intimately involved (in my head-canon *LOL*) with him that it all runs so much deeper and it's hard for her to just accept that he is what he is.

She wants to see the good in him, and even though I will on the occasion write happy-ish drabbles/fics featuring these two, more often than not, there's nothing different beneath his surface. He is just as cruel as he portrays himself to be. And I think that knowledge hurts her more than she can possibly admit (at least, when I write him all creepy like this).
