Side note: no one should own this much mustard. However, when asked to grab some mustard to go with the Easter ham, I found five bottles/jars of mustard in the fridge. All of them different flavors.

Had a wonderful time in CA. It was feeling like a bit too early in the year to be hot in the middle of the night, but the weather was awesome. Mom insisted on going out to eat twice almost every day (lunch and dinner). Sounds like an awesome time, but, trust me, after the third day, I was fooded out. Easter was actually a nice break to that routine. And the quinoa and spinach burgers from Costco (I think) were really good, especially when served as a regular burger.
