my legs hurt, but its so worth it...

went sled riding last night with about 20 other sharon peeps and a bunch of kids from other schools as well. it was so awesome, sacred heart is the best sled riding hill EVER. it hurts my legs to walk up and down stairs all the time today though. i was there for about 3 hours, it was so great. i was totally frozen even though i was wearing a ridiculous amount of clothing. i couldnt feel my legs or hands for awhile after i got home. mark brought his tube thing and kate, hallie, lisa and i all piled up on it and went down so fast. it was painful though sometimes, like when lisa's foot was dragging in front of my face 1/2 way down, and it sprayed a ton of snow in my eye. kate got kinda banged up. she banged her face off the ground and she said her eye hurt her pretty badly. lisa and i were like "oh, shake it off, you're fine..." and she ended up being ok, she couldnt open her eye very much, but she was ok. until this morning in school when her eye was totally swollen shut and the whole right side of her face was all purple and blue and her arm was numb. thats when she realized she got a concussion and went home. im sure she'll be ok, but its freaky, even though me and lisa were laughing about it a bit in trig. and soon after i left, parry went on the jump and messed up his face pretty good. he got 4 or 5 stitches on the corner of his eye, and his whole left side of his face is all bruised up and gross looking. im glad i didnt get hurt too badly, my neck is a bit sore but thats about it.
