The End: For Now
I've really enjoyed the last 8 years of posting in this journal. I've written a lot, and I think I've come quite a ways since the high school years.
I just used http://www.ljbook.com/ (thanks to aralna who commented on nyren's journal) to create a pdf of my journal (and I really enjoy the pdf - it's quite nice, actually!).
The reason I'm making this archive (one reason, anyway) is that I'm not sure when I'm going to post again. Part of it is because of the fact that I'm not sure how I feel about SUP and I know a one-day content strike isn't going to do jack shit to make them notice, but a bigger part of it is because I'm wondering if I've outgrown this particular journal or livejournal in general. My usage stats have declined in recent times, and that's not gone unnoticed by me.
So if you want to keep in touch with me, check out my facebook, send me an email or AIM, or give me a call. Spend some more face-to-face time with me, and we can stop being frustrated over lack of conversations because "oh yeah, I read that in livejournal."
of course, going hand-in-hand with my decision to stop posting is the fact that I will be reading almost nothing on my friends-page anymore. I have been lagging behind in that department anyway, what with the ten-million journals that I've currently got friended.
