I know that I'm probably tempting fate by saying this, but I haven't gotten sick at all this semester. Although I don't get sick all that often I usually get atleast a few colds during the winter. I think I have answer for my success this year: Flintstones Vitamins. I personally use My First Flintsones, although they are intended for children, ages 2 and 3. They work wonders. I just used to take them every once in a while, but this semester I've been taking them everyday. I compared the nutritional content of them to adult vitamins and they are about the same (although, adult vitamins usually have random supplements like ginseng), but to make up for the difference I take two a day. Not are they vitamins but they taste good too, I like the orange ones the best. So, if you keep getting sick you may want to give them a try. I wonder how many other adults already use them, I know my entire family takes them.
