I watched Argo. It was quite solid. My embarrassing admission is that, before going in, I hadn't put 2 and 2 together to figure out which current event it's about. But it became clear about 3 minutes into the movie.
This was my first time seeing Ben Affleck's directorial work. And, actually, he's pretty good at his new job. Probably I should stop calling him "Ben Affleck, ACADEMY AWARD WINNER!!"
