Instead, I'm going to talk about Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life.
After the game, S mentioned she'd recently discovered this show and had taken it on as her new guilty pleasure. We spent the rest of the day on the couch mainlining both seasons in one go. I refuse to feel too bad about it because snow day, yo! Besides, I've always found myself strangely charmed by Ke$ha. Maybe you will too? Start here and keep going. There's a reason for all this rambling about a mid-grade pop star, I swear, and here it is: Remember that music video she made for Blow? You know, the one in which Ke$ha and Dawson Leery face off in a dance battle while surrounded by unicorns? I have been craving a fic about the aftermath of that video for years. In my head, the trophy of JvdB that Ke$ha keeps on the wall of her room can talk to her and, after a rocky start, the two of them become bosom buddies. Ke$ha seeks out all her relationship and fashion advice from him.
