It's a rather unremarkable middle-aged woman in a frumpy dress who gets out on the stage of the UK equivalent of American Idol. As she prepares for her performance, the judges have a lot of fun snickering at her, but then she opens her mouth and totally wows everyone with her amazing voice. Check it out.
