LCI Week 3: Huge, Huge Gutter
Note from alycewilson: Today's entry for Last Chance Idol is based on the topic "We're all in the gutter." I suspect it's influenced by all the construction that's been going on around our neighborhood, as the water company is systematically replacing all the water pipes. Being a 4-year-old boy, it's little surprise that he sees construction trucks as heroes.
Once upon a time, there was a huge, huge gutter, and all of the wheels of the cars were rolling into that gutter. And the cars couldn't move at all, so they had to be carried to the garage. Sale.
All of the construction workers found a way to get all of the car wheels out of the huge, huge gutter. And then after all of that, that huge, huge gutter was still getting much bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger.
And then the whole road is gone. And then after that, the construction workers build a new road that will replace the old road.
