As Junghwan makes his way slowly into the doorway a second time that week, he's carrying a Jinyoung's mug full of hot tea, a metal spoon clinking against the porcelain as Junghwan takes his shaky steps.
Jinyoung's asleep.
His laptop is on its side, pressed to his blanketed leg, and Junghwan sets the tea down on the nightstand with a slight sinking of his heart.
And he knows it's not good to be near sick people, but it's Jinyoung and he doesn't know why he likes him so much, as Sunwoo says, and since Jinyoung's not getting the picture, he'll have to do something drastic, which Junghwan isn't really up to because he's not exactly as touchy-feely as Chansik is and he feels even less so with Jinyoung because-well, he doesn't know why that happens, either.
Junghwan sits down on the edge of Jinyoung's bed, where Dongwoo had been only minutes ago, and examines his fingernails, thinking that maybe some of Dongwoo's confidence will seep into him.
It doesn't.
Jinyoung's breathing through his mouth again. Junghwan crosses and uncrosses his legs, rubbing his hands together because they've suddenly gone all cold. And clammy.
He leans down, Jinyoung's breathing suddenly the only thing he feels or hears, and quickly, chastely, pecks Jinyoung's cheek-and then jumps up, hands over his mouth.
Junghwan whispers something like, “I did not just do that,” and in a sudden bout of anxiety, moves the laptop away, setting it on the floor beside Jinyoung's bed, and as his finger brushes against the touch pad, Jinyoung's wallpaper, a picture of-
Junghwan wrinkles his nose.
And sneezes.
And bolts from the room, his heart pounding.
He remembers Jinyoung taking that picture of him two weeks ago at the grocery store.

“Junghwan's sick.”
“Well, at least it's not, uh,” Dongwoo says, and stops.
Chansik snorts.
Junghwan sneezes again, and he thinks that his sneeze sounds pretty stupid and sneezes smell weird and Dongwoo is suddenly jumping off the bed and escaping from the room, dragging Chansik along with him.
The whole situation is, literally, a headache.
“Would you like some tea?”
Junghwan looks up, squinting, and he'd be ashamed if he couldn't recognize Jinyoung's voice by now, but he's delirious and can't trust himself and it could just as well be Sunwoo, and it isn't like he has his contact lenses in, either.
“Yes?” Junghwan answers, because tea and Sunwoo is better than no tea at all.
“Good.” And as the figure approaches Junghwan's bed, he notes that it is Jinyoung, and Junghwan turns away.
“Go away,” Junghwan says. He doesn't sound like himself.
“Nope,” Jinyoung replies. “I'm the only one who can take care of you, since I'm immune to your cold already.”
“It could be some other cold,” Junghwan says, not exactly sure what he's saying anymore.
“No, I'm pretty sure you got it from me.” Jinyoung's smiling, and Junghwan crosses his arms in contempt; is Jinyoung amused by this or something, because Junghwan certainly isn't.
“My vocal trainer was sick, too,” Junghwan lies.
“Well, I wouldn't be happy if you were in as close proximity to your vocal trainer as you were to me the other day.”
Junghwan blanches.
And feels all the blood drain to his feet.
And again notes Jinyoung's quirky, irritating, badly-timed, cute, charming little smile-
And resigns, closing his eyes in a sort of passive, comforted acceptance when Jinyoung leans over and gives him his (in Junghwan's opinion) well-deserved cool, quick kiss-on the lips-
That Junghwan hadn't been prepared for in the least, and he leaps nearly a foot from his bed.
“You know,” Jinyoung says, his eyes following Junghwan's journey back to Earth, his voice way too close and his breath way too refreshing and his face way too white compared to Junghwan's likely red-as-a-beet skin, “you're not very obvious.”
“What do you mean-” Junghwan croaks out, and is interrupted by a determined Jinyoung.
“It took me until my discovery of your computer's new wallpaper to figure it out.”
Oh.
Perhaps Junghwan should have remembered that he changed his wallpaper last week.
