It was cold enough outside that the hats and scrafs they hid behind weren't suspicious, but Jonghyun wanted ice cream. He even tapped the freezer glass to make sure Minho had gotten that point.
"Seriously?"
"Seriously."
He opened the door and picked out a cone.
"You said you'd buy me something."
"I did not," Minho protested, hiding the basket behind his back as Jonghyun tried to put the ice cream in. When Jonghyun tried to go around him, he took a step back. Then another, then another until he was power-walking through the cramped aisles, Jonghyun following close behind. It wasn't long before Jonghyun threw his hands into the air.
"Fine! I give up!" He marched back to the freezer, making a show of putting the ice cream back in. Pleased with his victory, Minho went over to then register with their chips and soda.
Jonghyun joined him when the transaction was over, but when Minho moved towards the door, he didn't go with him.
"I'd like to get these," Jonghyun said to the cashier. As he grinned at Minho, he put two ice cream packages on the counter. Minho shook his head, already shivering at the thought of eating the cone, yet couldn't help grinning back.
