USAC
USAC elections in general have been disappointing. Both Bruins United and Student Power! proclaim each other as racists. No wonder people are so disillusioned with USAC. People don't even know what it is, much less what it does. To whoever the future leaders of USAC are, please restore my faith in student government.
Even high school ASB elections were so much more truthful, cleaner, and enlightening. One incoming freshmen asked "so is USAC similar to school govt in high school?" and someone replied "Yes, but with twice the bureaucracy and half the representation."
I can't find a more accurate answer. Maybe I just can't stomach simple-stupid politics. But anyway, please vote at myucla. It won't matter who you vote for as long as you vote.
