Every Thanksgiving my family goes around the table before we eat and everyone says something they are thankful for. You can say more than one, but I usually just try to choose one thing that I appreciate the most. my family is also incredible.
We don't see eachother much or spend a lot of time together, but I know when we do it will be really really amazing and super-meaningful and fun.
