Bloody hell this week has gone fast!!
Another progressive week, if not a little disjointed. Monday and Tuesday's workouts happened as planned, a couple of the machines at the gym got the bash over the weekend, so the timeslots were a little condensed - was amusing to observe from my perch one of the many exercycles just how uptight some gym-goers get if someone runs even one minute into their time slot... If you're THAT territorial over the equipment, why don't you just take a piss all over it?!
Wednesday and Thrusday didn't really happen, had a couple of late ones that rendered my alarms a waste of time in the morning, both times causing a resounding outburst of "Ahhhhh FUXXACHE!" Thursday night was amusing though, sitting watching some post dinner TV, (The Biggest Loser) the thought ran through my head about missing the last two mornings' workouts, and watching American fat-fuck slobs attempting to run through the desert gave me the shits and I just had to go out for a run :P When I got home I had a session of crunches, pressups and leg lifts to finish off with, most of which I am definately still feeling today heh.
Thismorning was a good session; Im definately more a fan of the cross-trainer machines, as opposed to the traditional treadmills, the lack of impact on my knees is preferable. Totally forgot to weigh in as I left, so will do that tonight before I go for a swim n steam to relax for the weekend :)
