Terui Ryuu is the second Kamen Rider from Fuuto. Philip respects him for his excellence as a police officer and his strength in battle. He does worry on occasion, however, over Terui's single mindedness when it comes to his revenge. He punched him in the face once and they are friends now. Terui's coffee gives Philip orgasms.

Touka-chan was one of the first people Philip met here, and he enjoys her company. She reminds him a lot of Aki-chan, which helped him cope a little while none of his friends were here.
