So sad about the doggie dying. :( *vibes to you both*
Flips, I can't even imagine doing what you're doing as your second/third/fourtheenth job. Ugh. Hopefully, the food will come soon. :)
It was the first day of the new soccer season here, and Biggirlcurl has a new coach. Much better at figuring out activities that are challenging to the kids, but much more do-able. And she's improved a lot from last spring, just in terms of her endurance and her ball handling skills. The icing on the cake is that another family on the team, who we just met today, has lent her a pair of pink cleats that she can use for the rest of the season. And they just happened to be in her size, and sitting in the back of their car, so we could take them home with us today. *Of course* they were. Why can't I live a life like that?
Flips, I can't even imagine doing what you're doing as your second/third/fourtheenth job. Ugh.It's not so bad - I actually like the work itself. It's details, and putting things in their proper places, and making things look pretty. (Much better than coming up with content, I think

I have a good guide for APA referencing, let me see if I can find it...
Also if you're ever unsure of the original source, could email me the details, I should be able to bring it up if I'm at work as I'm automatically logged into a tonne of databases.
But yeah, I would not be leaving that sort of stuff to someone else if I were her! I'm so paranoid about that sort of thing! I hate group work because it means I have to go through and check everyone elses references (I'm a control freak, I have to be the one to put collate the groups submissions just so that I can do this)
Just catching up on the thread, so I just saw this. In case you don't know, the best source for APA format is the owl Website at Purdue. Here's the link: http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/
Every once in a while something will come up that the owl doesn't cover, but it's pretty rare.
Thanks so much! I had to laugh, because I was working tonight with the girl who's teaching me the ropes, and her dad (who does editing) came over, and showed me this exact website.
So apparently it's really, really good! :-) TY. &hearts

I spoke to mum this morning, she's doing better than I thought she would. And she's thinking about getting a puppy next year :-)
