Getting back to normal.
Well, I'm going to school again. I just couldn't stay away any longer, they were going to expel me. Xaki's going now, too; we're in almost all the same classes, so we're together for most of the day. Nothing's really happened so far... maybe everything's back to normal. I'm not sure if I'll get my job back at the bar. (It has been awhile since I've seen Gene... hopefully he's staying out of trouble. I'm still grateful for that time, I mean, I haven't forgotten...)
Oh! One thing that did happen, Xaki and I met this kid. Well, I shouldn't really call him a kid, he was only two or three years younger than me, but he looked like a kid. Cloud, that was it; we used to be in the same cooking class, I remember. I think he ran away or something, and now he's coming back... well, I hope the person he was staying with is glad to see him. (My parents would probably deploy the National Guard if I went missing. X_X They'd cause such a fuss.)
