So BoingBoing posts something about a Portland citizen issuing a parking ticket to a police officer who parked illegally to get some Chinese takeout. (Apparently the officer was confronted first, and denied he was doing anything wrong.) The officer's name is Stensgaard. This probably doesn't mean much to you.
But then I browsed through the comments, and I found someone denouncing Stensgaard for prior behavior, and then I found:
"This is a joke. The cop should pay his ticket like anybody else and get on with life. Considering that he's been known to cover for friends who are driving drunk, and also known for roughing up the CLERGY?"
