Seriously, he thinks bringing random people into a place like Chicago is dangerous and foolish, but given what he's seen of them so far, maybe this motley crew isn't quite as bad as he first thought. Or the people doing this is a bunch of idiots who're groping in the dark. Either way.

If he didn't know that when Harry'd gotten to Chicago, he'd been shot, then Harry. If he did know somebody was trying to take out Harry, then Murphy. Somebody has to get back who knows what to do.

Ebenezar thinks the whole thing is a bad idea, especially having them so close to the normals who don't know any better. But on the other hand, it's interesting that he's meeting a whistling dragon who isn't trying to take over the world or kill him. She seems sweet.

1) That his grandsons had never had to deal with the Skinwalker (yes, he knows that big and vague of a wish would disrupt the timeline but dammit they're Maggie's boys). He'd have wished for Changes not happening, but he admits that the war needed to end.

2) That everyone can go back to their homes.

3) That whoever brought them to this place is cursed by an incurable infestation of blood sucking fleas for a hundred years.
