I drink a lot of water, and yet it seems to me that water makes my throat drier.
My cowoker spitefuly, though honestly, refuted my chidlish spirit today. I was offended. I quieted. Our other coworker who was present at the time-- I'm guessing-- may have reprimanded (or joshed about it?) the first coworker. Let me make this clear, dear Raul: I'm child-like in spirt but not in logic. If ever I ask questions that seem stupid or reliant on common sense & should therefore not be asked, it is only because I want to confirm before I take any action that what I plan to do is correct, lest I be harshly reprimanded by exactly the likes of you. Later he quietly circled my desk before settling before me quietly, crouching over & asking with what seemed like genuine concern if anything was the matter. I'm soft; his inquiry of my suddenly quiet demeanour was enough for me to surrender the spite I felt for him for accusing me of immaturity. With a sincere smile I told him that he was great in Hindie. He was perplexed as to why I should compliment him when he suspected that I was mad at him.
On the other hand, there's Salt. Did I mention he reached out & ruffled my hair while he briskly passed by once? And that he held up a pen to my face & asked if he could draw whiskers on my cheeks? =______________________= He's so strange. And damn it, I'm charmed by his peculiarities.
