Haru was coming out of the library to get something to eat when she noticed Kairi walking through the halls. She looked under dressed. Too little for the blizzard that seemed to be raging all over the place right now.

"You're going to catch cold." It was a passing comment, but Haru felt she should at least say something.

[Kairi glances up distractedly.]

I guess it is a little cold out. I wasn't really thinking about that.

Haru sighs and walks over to the girl.

"We should get you into something warm before you get a cold."

[Kairi offers a sad sort of smile.]

I guess so. [She shakes her head a little, as though to clear it.] I'm sorry. It's been a while, though it's good to see you again.

Haru squinted a little, looking at Kairi carefully.

"What's wrong?"

[She blinks up at Haru. Kairi's a horrible liar, so she's not going to even try.]

I think Sora's gone again.

[haruhifujioka]

Haru frowns. "Home or, like the others?"

[keyofflowers]

[Her answer is short and said with a sad smile.]

Home.

Haru bites her lip. She knows what that feels like. When Sempai left, when the others left. It always seems to leave a sort of hole inside you. After a few moments she offered a small smile. A sad smile, but as best as she could do.

"He'll be back. We should get you warm though."

Warm clothing and then some warm tea. It seemed to help when Yori was upset. Haru was never very good at cheering someone up, but she'd try her best anyway.

[It's a feeling Kairi knows well by this point. Riku's been here twice... Sora, three times. She nods and turns to follow Haru.]

All right. Thank you.

[She pauses, chewing her lip.] I shouldn't want him to come back because this place is so horrible, but I miss them both terribly when they aren't here.

Haru stops in her movement and looks back at her. She knows that feeling too.

"We all feel that way. The mansion will bring them back even if we don't wish for it. So it's alright to want someone here even though the mansion is dangerous."

[She offers a sad smile again before starting to move.]

Yeah. And I know Sora and Riku can handle whatever the mansion throws at them, but I still wish... I wish we could all go home, but still be able to see each other somehow.

Haru offered a brighter smile to that one.

"I'm looking into it. Before, I wanted to go home. Now I'm trying to figure out a way that we can go back and forth on our own."

That'd be really nice. I hope Sora can figure it out, too. If he comes back, you should ask him.

She scratched the back of her head slightly. "I will. Any help is good. The mansion is really confusing."
