Long time! I just wanted to check in with you guys to see if im still welcome around here. Haha. I wanted to update lj peeps about recent happenings in the life of Key. So here is the run down in no specific order:
Getting married in 2 months!
Just finished (for the mostpart) moving into our new house!
Got a gecko!

Welcome back, and glad to hear things have been going well! My friends list has been getting less active lately, but I still check it pretty often :)

I'm looking forward to seeing your new collection setup! I need to make a post soon too, because I got my grail last week and I have to tell his story, but between the rainy weather and recurring health issues, I haven't taken proper photos yet.

Pkmncollectors is still very active (more so than ever, imo!) but I've seen many people complain that it's not as close-knit as it used to be. I don't think there's really any way to get around that, but there's still a lot of enthusiasm about collecting there. If you make a reintroduction post, I'm sure people will be impressed by your collection! Speaking of collection stuff, are there any recent Vaps you're looking for? I have a few extras that I got in sets.

Another thing about pkmncollectors, they have been doing the Free For All Friday (FFAF) posts weekly now, which can be a good way to talk casually with other members about things that may or may not be on topic for the community in general. Here is last week's, for example:

The mods haven't been very consistent with tagging it, but it usually goes up sometime between Thursday afternoon and late Friday for people in the US - they switch the time around so that it's sometimes Friday for people in the US, sometimes people in Australia, etc.

PS, such adorable pets! How old is your new kitty?

I'd still like to get another kitty (or two) sometime, but I've got to get some more stable income first, and I'm not sure how it will work out with this apartment layout. In the meantime, I've just been visiting the cat who seems to live across the street.

Rory is about 10mo right now. :) he was a rescue and we got him when he was 6mo old. So slightly older than any other cat I had ever adopted. He is such a love. Totally different personality than any of the girls I grew up with. Almost dog-like. People tell me that orange toms can be that way. :D

Free for all... Hmm. Well i may try to put a post together again. Perhaps next weekend since we are so busy with weddig an work. ;)
As for new items... Honestly when I dropped off about a year ago I really stopped looking at everything pokemon collecting, so surprise me? I don't have a lot of extra spending money atm, but as we start to save again I will. Have any pics of some of the extras?
