Talk about a creator/someone who inspired you
When I first discovered drarry, I dove head-on. A podcast lead to a facebook group which lead to tumblr which lead to discord, and then finally I was writing myself, opening my A03 and my LJ and my DW and my own tumblr. I wrote something in August of 2018 and sent out a beta request on the discord, and that's how I met Jay | @tsundanire | bff
Jay was a burst of light. I don't know how else to describe it. They were my happy place, my sounding board, my shoulder to cry on, the one pulling the cork out of our metaphorical champagne bottles. We talked every day, about Drarry and kink and writing, and real life kids and dogs and partners. We ended up writing together, two fics which I hold so close to my heart, and we're working on a new one that is just so exciting.
If it weren't for Jay, I probably would have burnt out, abandoned the whole thing, stopped writing and picked up some other hobby. I'm so glad I didn't, and I'm so glad I still have Jay by my side as we venture through fandom together.

CANVA!!! It's free, it's wonderful, and there's royalty-free stock photos you can use! I also love pixabay for royalty-free images. I make all my moodboards and fic claims in canva, and it's so easy to use.
Gdoc to A03 converter: I've only used this a handful of times bc I can never find it, but I also like how this one explains the whole process!
