How does one acquire lores higher than, say, x2 or x3 for a sect or clan they are not a part of?
In my opinion, probably at x3, and definitely at x4, you become privy to intricate and detailed knowledge that requires more than just observation - it requires interaction and active teaching by a member of said group.
So, other than above option, what are some valid ways to learn high level lores for other groups?
